The last newsletter sent to everyone was January 2008.

Important Notices:

Fiscal Year 2008 Preliminary Budget.
Timeshare Week Dates, 2007-2008.
Owners who are fully paid up and their friends are encouraged to take advantage of our Extra Holiday Package, available between March 5 and December 15, 2007.

By paying the maintenance fee(s) for an available room, you may have that room for that week OR you can bank it with RCI!!!! That means you can have 7 nights for approximately $500. The non-refundable fee is paid at the time you reserve your week. If your schedule changes, we will change you to a different week if it is available.

We hope you will take advantage of this as financially it helps the Association to have the rooms occupied. More maintenance fees means more repairs and renovations.
